Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable or hygiene-related products
  • Customized or personalized items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions within 1-2 business days
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
